About Us

Founded in 2005, the International Ophthalmology Association In The Web (IOAW) is an independent, non-profit organization which aim to establish a worldwide membership and community of ophthalmologists (eye physicians and surgeons) with minimum fees.

The mission of the IOAW is to serve the Eye care community by improving the quality of ophthalmic practice through offering free educational materials and new ideas and opportunities for continuing education and training so that to ensure the public can obtain the best possible eye care.
